Thoughtful women who prefer meaningful travel over marathon sightseeing. Perfect for solo travelers, empty-nesters, and anyone curious about Yoga + Qigong, creative exploration, good food, and kind company. No prior experience required.
What do you mean by “Yoga + Qigong”?
A gentle blend of mat-based yoga (mobility, balance, longer stretches) and standing qigong (flowing movements, breath, energy awareness). Expect options, props, and an emphasis on how you feel—not how it looks.
How fit do I need to be?
If you can walk a few city blocks and manage a few stairs, you’ll be comfortable. We offer chair/prop options and pace the days so you can rest or participate as you like.
Do I need experience or special gear?
No experience needed. We provide mats/props when possible (you can bring your own if preferred). Comfortable clothes and supportive walking shoes are perfect.
Dietary needs & what’s included?
Most preferences can be accommodated with advance notice (vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free). Your fee typically includes lodging, breakfasts & most dinners, daily Yoga + Qigong, creative sessions, and curated experiences. Airfare not included.
