I'm in my sixties, and I've rewritten my life more than once: mother, grandmother, entrepreneur, writer, circle-keeper. I created Traveling Women's Circle because beauty, good food, and honest conversation have a way of putting us back in touch with what matters.
My retreats are spacious on purpose: mornings by the sea, dinners that stretch, and creative play that doesn't grade you. No marathon sightseeing, no schedule you have to recover from. Just enough structure to hold you, and plenty of room to breathe.
What I Bring
I'm a certified Qigong and yoga teacher, and my background in trauma-informed yoga and behavioral health shapes how I hold a circle: gently, with plenty of room to simply be. Nothing is required of you, and every practice is an invitation.
I also bring a love of questions that open doors, and the logistics brain of a project manager, so you can stop carrying everything for a week. I work with artful co-leaders and local hosts who care about details (and dessert).
When I'm not leading retreats, I write The Pebble in Your Shoe, essays for midlife women about good-girl conditioning and reclaiming our lives. I live at the Jersey Shore, where I teach Qigong by the ocean, in local parks, and with young adults in the special needs community.
What Women Take Home
Clarity that sneaks up on you. A kinder pace. New sisters. And a promise to yourself you'll actually keep.

Stay In The Circle
We announce new retreats to our list first, and alumni and subscribers get priority booking. Occasional notes, always human.
Connect with a circle of women who are on a similar journey—curious, open-hearted, and ready for what’s next. Share stories, exchange ideas, and find support in a community that values authenticity and connection.
